Finding products on our website can be done in several ways. To begin, utilize the search bar by entering either the item number or the product name. If your initial search doesn't yield the desired results, you can explore our catalogs or employ the navigation bar to locate specific product categories. To further refine your search, utilize the filter bar located at the top of each product list page. If you prefer browsing collections, our items are conveniently organized by collection in the collection category dropdown.
Yes, your order is handled by a secure server.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been placed.  24 hours after your order is placed you will be able to view it on the Mud Pie Retailer Dashboard.  To access you must be logged into the site. Hover over "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner and select "My Dashboard."  Here you will be able to see all your recent orders. You will also receive an email when your order begins to ship.  If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Experience Team directly via our online contact form or at 1.800.998.1633.

Not all retailers will have access to be shown on our "Find A Retailer" page. This is dependent on your annual order volume. Please reach out to your Territory Manager if you have further questions.
You can expect an email into your inbox to reset your password. If you did not receive it or think it might have gone to spam, go to the website and simply reset your password to get access. Once you reset the password on the site you will get an email to verify and login.
