RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to love everything Mud Pie. If a product arrives below expectations or does not meet your standards, Mud Pie will review and accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

 

  • All returns require prior authorization from the Mud Pie Customer Experience team.
  • Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, in new/sellable condition, and include the original Mud Pie tag.
  • A 20% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping charges will apply.

 

Mud Pie accepts damage claims for review within 30 days of the delivery date. Shortage and shipping claims must be submitted within 10 days of the invoice date. For your convenience, claims may be submitted online by logging into your Mud Pie Online Wholesale account and completing the claim form from your My Account Dashboard.

 

Variations in color, texture, finish, and minor irregularities are inherent characteristics of handcrafted and artisan-made products and are not considered defects. Products exhibiting these expected variations are not eligible for defect-related credits or returns.

 

Mud Pie offers a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise requested within 7 days of delivery.
