Fall Dating & Credit Card Processing Update
We're pleased to share two important updates designed to support your business this season.
Fall Dating Promotion
We’re launching a new fall promotion: any order of $7,500 or more is eligible for 12/1 dating. Additionally, if the invoice is paid within 30 days of the invoice date, you will receive a 5% discount on the invoice total.
We recognize the ongoing challenges retailers face in today’s rapidly changing environment and are glad to provide this opportunity for added flexibility and savings.
How can you take advantage of the 5% in savings? The promo FALLDATE30DAYPAY must be added to the order before checkout in order for the discount to appear in the payment portal. Retailers must be approved for terms and extended dating privileges in order to take advantage of this promotion. The 5% discount is conditional upon payment within 30 days of invoicing. Invoices not paid within 30 days will forfeit the 5% discount and terms of a 12/1 due date will apply. Mud Pie reserves the right to adjust or discontinue discounts and promotions at our discretion. We are committed to transparency and will keep you informed of any such changes as they arise.
Update to Credit Card Pre-Authorization
We’ve also made improvements to the way we process credit card orders. Moving forward, credit card transactions will be pre-authorized for the allocated order total plus 30%. This additional buffer accounts for the current Tariff Supplement Charge and freight, ensuring a smoother and more predictable transaction process.
We recognize that our previous pre-authorization method was difficult to navigate, and we appreciate your patience as we improve the experience for you.
